A few nights ago we played the most watched event in U.S.: the partiton Football pasting million viewers. As such, the television space is more expensive for companies who want to buy advertising.
So far so normal. The thing that really surprising is how quickly set up and withdraw the stage for the concert of the twenty minutes between the first and second half of the game. Within five minutes it becomes a huge sports stadium scene with a complicated choreography, synchronized dozens of people who dance and sing and gadgets from Star Wars: something never seen before!
In that moment I thought the ability procedural that the U.S. culture - pop and otherwise - to take charge bloated following segment after segment of a sequence to get the well-studied maximum results in the shortest possible time. The technology is later, the brains are mostly imported, money alone would not be enough, what really makes the difference is this ability to organize and of course its faithful implementation. And then I thought of the wars that the United States leads around the world, the way in which the mettorno in practice, the university administration, procedures for visas for foreigners, in fact many different things, all things made of minute steps, if taken individually may not make sense, but got it back if placed in sequence linked to form a procedure that works, maybe it's complicated, sometimes convoluted, but the effect final performance. In this sense, the Super Ball reflects America.
